     Eagle County Health Assistance Network
               The Health Assistance Network provides local, in-person assistance to individuals, families and small businesses looking for health insurance
               through Connect for Health Colorado. Certified Health Coverage Guides located across the three counties are available to assist with evaluating
               health plan options, applying for insurance affordability programs and enrolling in health coverage. All health coverage guides are bilingual in
               English and Spanish and are available by appointment in a variety of locations.

     Child Health Plan Plus
               Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) is low-cost health insurance for Colorado's uninsured children and pregnant women. CHP+ is public health insurance
               for those who earn too much to qualify for Medicaid, but cannot afford private health insurance.

Language Assistance
     English in Action
               Program to help adults learn to read, write, and speak English through one-on-one tutoring, weekly drop-in classes, and specialized workshops
               designed to help students overcome obstacles to learning English. English in Action Open Hours: A casual, drop-in class. Students and tutors
               form small groups and practice their English by having conversations, reading from books and newspapers, asking questions, and playing games.
               Volunteer tutors in this program include both advanced students and native English speakers.

Internet & Technology Assistance
     Comcast Internet Essentials
               Provides qualified households with internet service for $9.95 month. Initial enrollees also have the option to purchase a laptop computer for
               $149.99. To qualify, families must be located where Comcast offers Internet service, have at least one child eligible to participate in the
               National School Lunch Program, have not subscribed to Comcast Internet service within the last 90 days, and not have outstanding Comcast
               debt that is under one year old.

     Youth Zone
               Launched by a group of parents concerned about drug use among high school students, YouthZone provides services to youth ages 6 to 18 years.

     Roaring Fork School District Pre-Colegiate Program
               An academic enrichment and support program designed to guide academically motivated middle and high school students and their parents to
               successfully complete their secondary school career on a timely basis, and matriculate to a choice postsecondary institution with the necessary
               academic and interpersonal skills needed to succeed and graduate from that institution. It also guides parents on how to plan financially for college
               and how and where to apply for help. The program consists of three main components: Mentor Program, Saturday Academies, and Summer
               Academic Camp.

     Roaring Fork School District Family Resource Center
               The Family Resource Center removes barriers to student learning by connecting students who are having difficulty in school due to health, family
               or social problems with community resources. We provide case management, translation, transportation and financial assistance for needs,
               • Food, clothing, rent and utilities
               • Physicians, dentists, eye care and mental health services
               • Tutoring, recreational and enrichment activities
               • Parenting classes, child care and after school activities
               • Self-sufficiency and goal setting
               When a teacher, counselor or administrator identifies issues in a student's life that are interfering with learning, they make a referral to their
               building Family Liaison. The Liaison meets with the family and school staff and together they determine what services or assistance can be put in
               place to support the student's learning. The Family Liaison, as part of the Family Resource Center staff, makes referrals to appropriate resources,
               helps the family to identify funding resources, and may even transport the student to services. This intervention results in changes that allow
               students to be more successful in school, and in life.

     Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)
               Program for families and individuals with limited incomes who need help paying their heating bills. The program is open from Nov. 1 through
               April 30 and provides help with heating costs to eligible families.

     Garfield County Housing Authority
               Serves residents between Basalt and Parachute for whom conventional housing is unaffordable. GCHA assists individuals, families, seniors, and
               persons with disabilities to locate and rent or purchase adequate housing.
